I want to become a distributor, what should I do?
How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled?
We're just as excited as you are once you place your order. We usually pack and process your order the same or very next day, but on occasion it may take anywhere from 1-3 business days.
How long will it take my order to ship?
You can choose which shipping method is best for you at checkout. Each shipping method contains the estimated delivery time for reference. You can read more information regarding shipping and delivery here.
What methods of payment does Veil Garments accept?
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
How do I view product prices in different currencies?
At the top right corner of the website, click the 3 digit currency code (To the right of the cart icon). From there, you can select which currency you would like to use.
Why is my cart checkout total in USD currency when I switched to a different currency?
All transactions are captured and processed in USD. There are no current features to support different currency transactions.
Is my personal information secure?
We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure.
How do I apply a promotional code at checkout?
Your checkout pages will show a discount bar where you can apply your promotional code. If your cart total has surpassed the total amount needed to receive free shipping, using a promotional code may lessen the total, which in turn may void the free shipping option.
Where do I find my order number?
You will receive an order confirmation email which will contain your order number and information. We highly recommend saving the email and/or writing down your order number for future reference. If you cannot find your order number, please contact our customer service department immediately.
How can I check the delivery status of my order?
To check the delivery status of your order, please visit the shipping carrier's website below and input your tracking number:
We mostly ship via USPS, but on occasion we may ship via UPS depending on customer's choice of method.
Can I make a change or cancel my order after I already placed it?
Changes can only be made to an order before it is fulfilled. If the order is fulfilled we are unable to change or cancel the order, please see our return policy.
