All item(s) purchased online domestically are eligible for a return or exchange as long as they comply with the product condition guidelines below. Item(s) must be returned within 21 calendar days of order delivery date **

How To Start Your Easy Return
Step 1: Navigate to the Order Lookup page
Step 2: Enter your email address and order number into the Order Lookup form. You must use the same email address you used when you placed the order.
Step 3: In the order list, click ‘Create Return’ on each item you wish to return or replace. Fill in the Return Type, Quantity, and Return Reason. If needed, you may add a note or attach an image to your request.
Step 4: Our return services will view you request and decide whether you are eligible for a return or exchange. You will be notified during each step of the approval process.
Step 5: If your return is approved, you will be emailed a printable prepaid return label and return form to include with your return. Please print the full label and securely stick it on the package.
Step 6: For USPS returns, simply drop it off at any USPS location counter or schedule a pickup online from your home. For UPS returns, drop it off at any UPS office location. No need to wait in line.
Return labels provided will only be valid for ten (10) calendar days and should be postmarked no later than ten (10) calendar days. Labels that are not postmarked within ten (10) calendar days of provision will be non-returnable.
Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) to ten (10) business days of the date of order delivery. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. Please allow one (1) to two (2) billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
At all times, however, you bear the risk of loss during return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
At this time, we are only able to process returns for the same item in a different size or color. For example, you ordered a sweater in a size Large but you need a Medium. Or, you didn't like the color of a sweater and want to swap it for another.
To request an exchange, navigate to the Order Lookup page and enter the required order information. Click 'Create return' for the item you would like to exchange, and in 'Return Type' select the 'Replacement' option. Once completed, follow steps 4-6 in the 'How To Start Your Easy Return' section above.
For exchanges, we cover the return shipping cost the first time around. However, if you decide to return the replacement item or exchange it again you should be obligated to cover the return cost.
Purchased product(s) must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Once you decide to return any product(s) it must remain in good care and unused while in your possession.
- The product(s) must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered or unworn (other than to try on for accurate fit) and in the same state it was sold to you.
- Hijabs/Headscarves eligible for exchange must be unopened, unused, and pinhole-free - otherwise will not be accepted.
- All product(s) must be free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or stains of any kind.
- All product tags, labels, and accessories must remain attached and untampered with. All product(s) should be returned in or with its original packaging.
- Accessories must be unbroken, untampered with, and in the original form/condition it was purchased.
Once return package is received, we retain the right to make all final decisions in regard to the condition of the merchandise. Items in which we cannot take back will be returned to the buyer.
No Restocking Fees
Yes, you read it right. Absolutely no restocking or additional fees for domestic returns.
Sizing and Specs
Please use our Size Chart to determine your best possible size before purchasing apparel online. It is in our best interest to provide you with a complete and thorough shopping experience by providing a magnitude of photos, specifications, and product FAQs. Learning more about each product before purchasing them can significantly lessen the chances of having to return it later on.
Honestly and Loyalty Policy
We love our customers and make sure we do our absolute best to keep them happy and satisfied. We stand behind our promise to always provide an honest and loyal relationship, as well as experience, and hope our customers can give the same back to us. Many stores simply cannot afford to offer free returns. We offer our customers free returns on most orders to give them an easy and effortless shopping experience, and since we stand behind everything we sell, we kindly ask customers not to abuse the return policy.
All items/rewards acquired through our Kickstarter project are non-refundable. This is largely due to the rewards being substantially discounted along with the crowdfunding/processing fees which were extracted from our final fund amount.
Tradeshows & Popup Events
All item(s) purchased at tradeshows, pop-ups, expos, and other exhibition events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.
At this time, we currently do not offer returns and exchanges for international orders. We're working on it!
