Products must be returned to us in the same state it was sold, and in or with its original packaging.

Yes! We offer free returns to all US customers.
Exchanges
To start an exchange, please visit our return portal returns.veilgarments.com.
For returns, please allow 7-10 business days to process the return once it is received.
If you have requested an exchange, it will then be shipped to you with a new email for tracking.
Can bundle sets be returned?
Yes. However, keep in mind that bundle discounts apply only when all items are kept. Partial bundle returns may be subject to a fee. Full returns or exchanges are free.
How quick are returns?
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the return.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used to make the order, less the original shipping and handling costs.
