Your satisfaction is our greatest asset, so we hope you're happy with your purchases at all times. If that isn't the case, we're really sorry for letting you down and we'll do our best to make sure it won't happen again. View our return policy and follow the instructions below to begin your return.
All item(s) purchased online are eligible for a free return or exchange as long as they comply with the product condition guidelines below. Item(s) must be returned within 14 calendar days of order delivery date **
** The date in which a customer's order was delivered to its final destination.
US Return Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to the Order Lookup page
Step 2: Enter your order email address and order number into the Order Lookup form.
Step 3: Select the items you wish to return or exchange and include the return reason for each item. Choose whether you would like to exchange or return your items and be sure to include any information about your return. You will be notified once your request has been processed.
Step 4: If your return is approved, you will be emailed a printable prepaid return label and return form to include with your return along with instructions. Please print the full label and securely stick it on the package. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your label.
Step 5: For USPS returns, simply drop it off at any USPS location counter or schedule a pickup online from your home. No need to wait in line.
Return labels provided will only be valid for ten (7) calendar days and should be postmarked no later than seven (7) calendar days. Labels that are not postmarked within seven (7) calendar days of provision will be deemed non-returnable.
Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) to ten (10) business days of the date of order delivery. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. For return values (of regular product prices) equal to or over $165, or if the number of items being returned are equal to or more than four (4), there will be a $5 cost of the prepaid return label (deducted from your refund total). Please allow one (1) to two (2) billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. For exchanges, we cover the return shipping cost the first time around. However, if you decide to return the replacement item or exchange it again we cannot provide a second prepaid return label. Returns that are processed on already exchanged items will incur a 15% restocking fee on refunds.
International Return Instructions
Step 1: Submit an International Return Request
Step 2: If your return is approved, you will be emailed a return form to include with your return along with instructions.
Step 3: Until shipments have physically arrived to our warehouse we are not responsible for returned international shipments. Therefore you should fully track and insure your return shipment against loss or damage and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) to ten (10) business days of the date of order delivery. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. Please allow one (1) to two (2) billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
International Exchanges: Exchanges for international orders, with expection to Canada, will receive a store credit for the product value of their order. The store credit will not include the original shipping costs of the order and the credit can be spent towards a new purchase at any time.
Guidlines and Information
Purchased product(s) must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Once you decide to return any product(s) it must remain in good care and unused while in your possession.
- The product(s) must be returned to us undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered or unworn (other than to try on for accurate fit) and in the same state it was sold to you.
- Hijabs/Headscarves eligible for exchange must be unopened, unused, and pinhole-free - otherwise will not be accepted.
- All product(s) must be free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or stains of any kind.
- All product tags, labels, and accessories must remain attached and untampered with. All product(s) should be returned in or with its original packaging.
- Accessories must be unbroken, untampered with, and in the original form/condition it was purchased.
Once return package is received, we retain the right to make all final decisions in regard to the condition of the merchandise. Items in which we cannot take back will be returned to the buyer.

Please use our Size Chart to determine your best possible size before purchasing apparel online. It is in our best interest to provide you with a complete and thorough shopping experience by providing a magnitude of photos, specifications, and product FAQs. Learning more about each product before purchasing them can significantly lessen the chances of having to return it later on.
Honestly and Loyalty Policy
We love our customers and make sure we do our absolute best to keep you satisfied at all times, which is why we stand behind our promise to always provide an honest and enjoyable shopping experience. Many online stores simply cannot afford to offer free shipping and returns due to constant increases in shipping costs. Not only do we stand behind our products and services, but we stand with you first and foremost. We kindly ask customers not to abuse the return policy.
Tradeshows & Popup Events
All item(s) purchased at tradeshows, pop-ups, expos, and other exhibition events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.
