Order status

As soon as your order and payment go through, we'll send you an order confirmation email. We'll also email you once your order ships. You can check on the status of your order with our order tracker.

Changes and cancellations

Changes or cancellations to an order are possible only if the order has not been processed for shipping. For any modifications or cancellations, please promptly reach out to us at info@veilgarments.com.


Payment Methods:
You can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, ShopPay, or AfterPay. The credit cards we currently accept are Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club, Discover, and American Express.

Our website automatically sets your country based on your location, so you should not worry about setting currency.

My order is wrong

In the unlikely event you've receive a wrong item or the wrong order, or your order is damaged in any way, please contact us with the following information and we'll get it sorted;

• Your order number
• The name of the item you didn't receive
• A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item)

Returns and Exchanges

Return an order

To submit a return, exchange, or store credit request, please visit our returns portal. To lookup your order, you will need your order number and zip code.

What is your return policy?

We accept free returns for items within 30 days of purchase in new condition, in their original intact packaging. Exchanges and store credit benefit from an extended 60 day return window. To read our full return policy, including international returns, visit our returns policy.

I can't find my order number

Can’t find your order number? Not to worry. If you don’t have a Veilgarments.com account, you can sign up using the email used to place the order. After that, you can go to your order history and see all your order details – including your order number. You can also find the order number in your original order confirmation email.

Where is my refund?

Your refund will be issued after our warehouse team receives your return and can check in and verify the items. This process can take up to 10 business days. A confirmation email is sent when the refund has been processed and it will take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account. We appreciate your patience while we work to process your return.


Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the shipment tracking information. Once your order ships, you can track its journey with our Order Tracker.

Shipping options

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.
Standard - Delivery in 2 to 5 Business Days via USPS
Priority - Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via USPS

International orders typically have delivery times of 7-15 business days.

All orders are processed and dispatched from our dedicated fulfillment center located in Wisconsin, U.S.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to approximately 55 countries worldwide and are continually looking to expand our reach. If your country is not available as an option during checkout, it means we currently do not offer shipping there.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $70 in the U.S.
