These are the questions we get asked most.
Orders
Where is my order?
Track it at veilgarments.aftership.com with your order number and the email you ordered with. We email tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as you can. We cannot change an order once it has shipped.
I did not get a confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email [email protected] and we will resend it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You will see every option available to you at checkout.
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes. Join it and check your points at veilgarments.com/pages/rewards.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
US shipping is a $7 flat fee under $70. Orders of $70 or more ship free, counted after any discount is applied. International rates depend on weight and destination and are calculated at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
United States: 2 to 5 business days.
Canada: 7 to 10 business days.
Everywhere else: 7 to 15 business days.
That clock starts when the order ships, not when you place it.
When do you process orders?
We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 12:00pm ET on a business day ship the same day. We do not deliver on Sundays or national holidays.
Where do you ship from?
Every order ships from the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Alongside the United States we ship to 40+ countries. Enter your address at checkout to see the rate. Duties and taxes are not included.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes?
Yes. APO and FPO orders go by USPS Military Mail and take 30 to 45 days. We ship to PO boxes and rural postal codes, but we cannot guarantee expedited shipping to them.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to return an item, and returns are free for US customers. Everything must come back unused and in sellable condition, with the original tags attached and proof of purchase. Full detail is on the returns page.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Go to returns.veilgarments.com and enter your order number and email.
How long do I have to exchange something?
US customers have 60 days for an exchange or store credit. Canada and international orders have 60 days for store credit. See the returns page for what applies to your country.
When will I get my refund?
Allow 7 to 10 business days from the day your return reaches us. If you asked for an exchange, it ships after that with a new tracking email.
Sizing
What sizes do you carry?
Our sizing ranges from XS to 3XL.
How do I find my size?
The size guide has the measurements for every style. Measure a garment you already wear and compare.
What if I order the wrong size?
Start an exchange at returns.veilgarments.com. US customers have 60 days.
Products
When will a sold-out item be back?
Open the product page and use the "Notify Me When Available" button. We email you as soon as it is back in stock.
Do you offer a discount on more than one item?
Yes. Code BUNDLE15 takes 15% off two or more items across apparel and scarves. It does not combine with other codes.
